The backlash against hollow, copy-paste statements is real\u2014people notice the difference between genuine commitment and a glossy press release. Nobody\u2019s buying the too-slick, sugar-coated version anymore. There\u2019s power in just being real about the struggle.<\/p>\n<p>As a brand, you are expected to be upfront and very clear about your values by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marketingdive.com\/news\/kantar-consumers-want-brands-to-take-stance-on-social-issues-but-demograp\/579618\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">68%<\/a> of consumers in the United States.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Further, consumers look for a brand&#8217;s values to see if they align with their own before buying.
